Self Care Tips

  • Self care encompasses all forms of health (mental, physical, social, financial, emotional, etc). that are all interconnected
  • After a massage: a hot bath with epsom salts and then icing afterwards
  • REDUCE STRESS!!! – in all forms of health
  • You can always talk to a health professional about anything that is bothering you and they can help you find a solution or refer you to someone else
