Adrian Das

Adrian Das is a Massage Therapist registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

He is a graduate of Kine Concept Institute where he received training in the skills required to provide soft tissue treatment to his clients. In addition, Adrian has done the required additional studies in Active Release Techniques to be recognized as a fully certified ART provider.

Sports are the main area of Adrian 's interests although he previously spent a number of years as a musician playing the drum kit and hand percussion. He is an accomplished rock climber, a road and mountain bike racer, a runner and cross country skier and as an athlete understands the importance and benefits of massage and soft tissue treatment. Whether for the treatment of injury or maintenance massage during training Adrian is understanding of his clients needs regardless of their activity.

In the past Adrian has been the massage provider to elite athletes at the National Capital Race weekend, and he was the lead therapist at the Eastern Canadian Cross Country Ski Championships and a massage therapy provider at the Lions Club weekly Twilight Track Series during 2005.
